Problem with 3.3.3r9 and Win98SE - no icon in taskbar

 I need to run VNC on a win98se box. The install went smooth but when 
 I start VNC there is no icon in the taskbar. It shows in applications 
 running when you hit ctrl-alt-del but not in the taskbar. This maybe 
 a bug? Any one know of a workaround?
