VNC and Win2000 Server and XP

Hello,

I would like to work with tightVNC and Win 2000 advance Server and XP... I
have tried to put as a Service, this works but not properly.... the problem
is that if you are not loggen on the system the VNC are not running.

Is it there any patch to solve this?
