Home or commercial use, it's all free. Or, more precisely, Free.
(The capitalisation denotes freedom as in speech, as opposed to
merely free as in beer.)
The main exception is TridiaVNC Pro, which you do have to purchase
from Tridia, but they can explain about that for themselves. In that
case, you're paying for support and extra features, not for VNC
itself.
