A couple of questions on this (if you can verify the answers very
easily)

(1) What version of client and server?
	client is win32 3.3.3r3
	server is 3.3.3r2-18 guess i should try to update
(2) Java viewer or Windows VNCViewer?
	client is win32 3.3.3r3
	not useing the web based
(3) What do you have "Preferred encoding" set to (hit the "Options"
button in either the java viewer or vncviewer.exe)?
	hextile
(4) What is the display driver on the client side?
	riva tnt 128(NV04)
	the card is a diamond viper TNT
This is a shotgun approach - I am clueless on the Red Hat side, but
might be able to take a stab at a Windows side issue if it looks like a
possible client setting.
