Hello,
when sharing the desktop via VNCserver, I noticed that there are some
restrictions on password lenght under LInux, while there are almost no
restrictions in Windows. This is probably due to the fact, that under
Linux some "built-in procedure" is used. So please can somebody asnwer
these questions:
1. is a empty password feature enabled in Windows for the VNCserver ?
2. can one override the default minimal lenght of the password under Linux
(min is 6, otherwise vncpasswd complaints about password too short)
3. if so, is it possible to disable the password under Linux ?

Thanks a lot.

Best regards
               Tomas Davidek
