VNC server does not launch

Xvnc neither show those messages, nor attempts to perform authentication.
vncviewer exits in a short while: "vncviewer: VNC server closed
connection", while Xvnc writes a bit earlier: "rfbSendUpdateBuf: write:
Operation timed out".
Yes, xstartup triggers script, but exactly the same occurs when I replace
xstartup with the default one. I think the problem is in the strings like
AUDIT: Thu Feb 28 20:19:24 2002: 76400 Xvnc: client 1 rejected from local host
Xlib: connection to ":3.0" refused by server
Xlib: Client is not authorized to connect to Server
xrdb: Can't open display ':3'
The most embarrassing thing for me is that all other users can run VNC
with the same configuration files...
