Yes and no. Remote uers can get in and do whatever, but the local monitor
will still be on and displaying whatever they do (you could disconnect or
remove the monitor though).

Also, on Windows, only one person at a time can use the server. You'd have
to use Linux to enable simultaneous multi-user access.
