I can't use vncconnect

I have a pc with win98 and other pc with linux red hat 6.2, this with vnc 
3.3.3. I can see the linux's desktop from windows and see the windows's 
desktop from linux without any erros. I can use too vncviewer -listen from 
linux to see windows's desktop running vnc server. But I can't use 
vncconnect to see linux's desktop from windows. Here is my command line: 
vncconnect 10.3.0.110 or vncconnect 10.3.0.110:5500 please look my log file:
