error installing; what message is this?

That is a WinZip error message stating that you need to extract the 
contents of the ZIP file before attempting to run setup.

As Administrator, I unpacked via WinZip32 on two different Windows 2000
machines.  When I double-click setup.exe, I receive the following message,
to which I found no reference in the FAQ nor anywhere else at google.  Can
someone please assist?


"Cannot Install: SETUP or INSTALL program filename contains folder
information. Use Actions/Checkout instead.  Press F1 for help"
