VNC server

That depends on the systems and the configuration. For all systems: remove
the usage of vnc authentication and move over to the system authentication.

For M$Windows: make the vnc server a service that starts at boot time (even
before login), remove the password at that level and set restrictions on
other levels. Then instruct the administrators not to leave a session open
once they are finished. Then everyone just needs to use his/her own account
to login.

succeed on this for RedHat 7.2 with gnome displaymanager, no problems using
the kde display manager.
