vnc direct connection

Dear Sir,

About the VNC,there's a section in the FAQ called:


Q. How do I set up a Windows 95/98 machine so that I can dial into it
directly and view it using VNC?


The explain of it dos not sufficitently.
Would you please explain it completly.
