My understand is that there are multiple passwords for the NT VNC server.
There's a default password that's used when no one is logged in, and there's
another password for each user.

Subject: NT strangeness
I have noticed that when I connect to my NT box, sometimes I have to use
one password and sometimes I have to use a different one. This confused
me for a while until I realized that if I am logged into the NT box from
the console I use one PW, but if I've logged out and it is just sitting
there waiting for a log in, then I have to use the other PW. Neither of
which is my NT PW. I'm running the server as a service and it isn't in
my startup directory.
Just curious what is happening here.
Jim.
