Re[2]: vnc viewer fails but java client OK

Michael, thanks for responding ...

1 - Yes the Java client works OK from the problem PC, it is just the
native client that cannot connect.
2 - Yes I see RFB 003.003 on telnet from the problem PC to the host
3 - Yes both types of client on other PC's connect OK to the host
4 - Yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled VNC on the problem PC, also
I have reinstalled the registry settings.
5 - No problems accessing other network resources from the problem PC
- it seems to be behaving normally in all other respects.

Not sure about your reference to the event viewer ... how do I invoke
that?
