ReadExact: Socket error while reading

I just installed vnc 333R9 on two 2000 laptops one works fine the other
gives this error - ReadExact: Socket error while reading.

I can not connect to this PC nor use this PC to connect to another vnc
server.

Any help will greatly be appreciated!
