How is it all working ?

Ok, I've got my account at NO-IP, created a host and installed the DUC to
update my IP on every dialup. All is fine so far.
I installed VNC server and viewer on a W2000Pro machine and the viewer on a
notebook (W98). There is no firewall or other stuff.
Both setups are the basic one's I guess.

For testing I connected the W2000 PC to the net, updated the IP address with
the DUC.
Then I dialed up with the notebook, launched the VNC viewer, entered the IP
DUC gave to me and I have the error message from the viewer saying that VNC
could not connect to the server.

What am I doing wrong ?
