question about VNC and Linksys

Hi

I'm new to VNC and have been using www.gotomypc.com for years.

I've been spending the last few days trying to get VNC to work 
through my Linksys router with no success, although I have made 
steps forward.  Here is my question:

I have opened Port 5800 on my Linksys Router and have forwarded 
it to my internal IP.    I am using www.no-ip.com to get to my 
site.  So I have been typing.   XXXXX.no-ip.com:5800
Ive been getting the viewer and it recognizes my router, but I 
continually get the error message, java.net 
noroutetohostexception: operation timed out.

What other ports do I need to open or does anyone have any 
suggestions?
