Normally you would right-click the Title bar for a drop down menu. Not sure
if that works under WINE.

A number of people have been saying a front-end is needed. I personally
disagree, but I remembered seeing a "kVNC" at one point, and some Googling
turned up Keystone:

It looks like it didn't make the transition to KDE 3, though. And with KDE
integrating RFB into the future versions, maybe they will have a viewer for
you.
I'm not sure about Gnome, but I didn't look too hard either.
