VNC 3.3.3r9 'Enter' Problem

I just discovered it today using matematica trying to prove something to my
Professors
And then
as you may know Matematica uses the enter key on the numeric pad as the one
that causes it to (re)calculate

and the regular enter key as a new line only

SO no Matematica over VNC !
There should (needs to) be a solution

(I was using the same VNC 3.3.3r9 to control Matematica4.1 running on
Win2000Pro accessing it from WinXP)
