Screen Resolution in Windows? - UnknownHostException

I am not able to ping my address. My home firewall (ZoneAlarm) stops
pings. I gave the VCN server Server rights when I installed it so it
should be able to access any port.
I also tried to telnet to port 5900. It simply says:
"Could not open a connection to host: Connect failed"
When I try to connect using the vncviewer, it says:
"Failed to connect to server"
I am fairly certain that the viewer will not connect because it can
not directly access the port through the proxy server. I was hoping
that a Web based client would work, as it is configured to work
through the proxy server.
