A lot of questions

Ok the way I have it set up all users have a ssh account (a normal UNIX
account). They have to log in, and start the VNC server for there account
then log in with there VNC client. Now what happens if one logs in and
starts the VNC server and before he can log in with VNC someone else douse
and now they are on his desktop right (there is only one VNC password and
they know it). How can this be secured? I will try your method when I have
time and see how it works.
I also wanted to know if there was an easy way to start KDE in VNC? I think
it starts up with WindowMaker or something. How can I get KDE running? I can
use startkde and launch kde but it is in a window. How can I get rid of the
other window manager and just have KDE?
Thank you for your time,
Arrummzen
