Add the AuthHosts entry to the registry with a string like "?:"

AFAIK this is not possible with the sandard version of VNC but you could 
download my modified version of WinVNC 3.3.6 from
http://members.lycos.co.uk/mrddnsu/
on the "VNC stuff" page there is a project named "VNC 3.3.6 AutoAccept". I 
guess this is what you want.
