NAT without Configuruing Router??

Hi All,

What i want to know is : Is it possible to connect to
the Host which is behind NAT and the Router is not
configured for NAT/PAT..

I tried to connect to my Host Machine which is behind
NAT ( Router is not configured for NAT/PAT) and  i
tried to connect to my Host Machine from my home, it
is not working. What all changes do i need to make in
order to connect to my Host machine..
