RFB 003.003 from the working (local) VRC server, but like
the browser's telnet, is not able to connect to the hung

So -- are we now somewhat convinced that there may be a bug
in winVNC for Windows 2000 Server? -- not releasing a session,
and thus not permitting logging in?
