WinVNC Application/Service not running under Win95: "Another instance..."

Hello!

I permanently fail starting WinVNC under Win95 in application or service
mode: It all ends up with the message "Another instance of WinVNC is already
running". After pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del a "WinVNC" entry is visible in the
task list, but no tray icon is visible, user settings are not available and
the computer cannot be contacted by another VNC viewer.

Does anybody know what could be the reason for this??
