Can't prevent connections from Macs

While running WinVNC server with ConnectPriority set to 2 - Refuse new
connections, Macintosh clients are able to connect to the server and share
the connection.

This was accomplished using the Mac VNC Viewer (version 3.3.3) on Mac OS X
connecting to a Windows NT 4.0 VNC Server (version 3.3.3r9).

Setting ConnectPriority to 2 in the registry is done for security reasons to
prevent sharing of the screen. Since no notification is provided that the
screen is being shared, the first user is unaware that their actions are
being monitored.
