Vdacc V1.53 (caching working)

Thanks for the comments and bugs,

V1.53 works for all encodings (with or without the driver)
(server and this viewer has do be used together)

The Caching mechanism seems to work well.
Fast test indicate between 30 and 60% data caching.
The caching depends a lot off what you are doing on the screen.
The bitmap under the last change is saved, minimize-restore -->full cache.
Typing this mail has almost no caching.
