XP Pro as a service

Hello,

  I am running VNC server on an XP Pro machine as a service and I cannot log
into VNC immediately after the machine has been started.  I have the computer
locked down with an admin name and password.  As per documentation  'Use Fast
Switching' is disabled.

In a VNC client I enter the VNC server IP and then I get a Failed to connect
to server error.

Once I log in at the server itself VNC works well, even if the keyboard is
locked I can send ctrl-alt-del to unlock and carry on, it's just the initial
start of machine.

Also, the search archives feature of the website does not return any matches.
