First of all, thanks  for the input and bugs reports.

Installation ,uninstall instructions and info can be found
README.html (driver, winvnc src+bin)

You have 2 winvnc servers in the zip file (winvnc and winvncfast)
The fast only mean that updates are asked from the driver at 20ms
interval. This is faster on good
networks and high cpu's, but a lot of updates is slow on low bandwith
and low cpu's.
winvnc, updates vary from 25 to 250 ms (depends on the #updates)

Can someone compare hookdll and video driver on low and high bandwith
