Send Alert to target in VNCViewer

Hi,

I wish know how send an alert to target that I am connected. In the alert I 
want tell to client that we have connected to his machine and bla,bla,bla...

Can VNCviewer do this? How?

Can I restrict to user that he can4t close my connection? How?
