ALT+PRINTSCREEN problem

In PC Anywhere 10 (and 9?), we can use the "Scroll Lock" key (...between
"PrintScreen & Pause").
When this key is active, all control are sent to the server. (Alt-Tab,
Alt-Esc......)

It could be use in the next VNC version ?
