running X with no window manager and vnc fullscreen on runlevel 5?

Is there a way to create an X terminal that will
automatically boot into vncviewer -fullscreen without
a window manager in linux?

The problem has been that window managers create
problems with keystrokes in vnc fullscreen, and doing
a bare bones X terminal with remote login seems to eat
up bandwidth. The only thing I need X for is to run
vnc.

I have tried svncviewer but the mouse was not precise
enough (and way too fast) to work. Is there a way to
correct that?
