Nothing there states that they will not be giving out the core VNC client
for free.
They could charge money for their UI and the extra functions provided by the
programs around, but as long as they distribute VNC for free, they're safe.

Subject: TridiaVNC Pro GPL violation?
Hi,
I've just received the announcement for the "pro"
version of TridiaVNC -- see
http://www.tridiavncproc.com.
The extra stuff that has been added is good ... but
unless they've separately licensed VNC from AT&T or
completely reimplemented it then it would seem likely
that this violates the GNU GPL which VNC is under.
Maybe I've missed some discussion somewhere about this
already (I only browse the archives occasionally) but
I thought I'd like to clear this one up.
Neil
