high CPU utilization

Seems that way. I'm using sp6a as well, on member server, not a domain
controller. Very modest hardware, P166, 128mb RAM, server's only
function is to supply updated virus definitions to clients and act as a
quarantine server for Norton Antivirus. Any fixes out there, folks?
