Problem on starting vncserver

Hi there,

I just downloaded vnc(for linux) and started, but I got
an error which says "vncserver : couldn't find "Xvnc" on your PATH.

What would I do now ?

Here is my environment.
OS: RedHat 7.1
X:  KDE(bundled with RedHat7.1)
