Error running vncserver on AIX

Hello everyone,

My name is Susan Wright and I have just loaded vnc 3.3.3.0 on a test AIX
machine running version 4.2 and when I try to run the vncserver I receive
the following message:

Cannot load library libbind.a[shr.0]
System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.

I do have installed perl 3.6.0.0 and when I do a find on the libbind.a file
I can't find it on the system. Is there another portion of Perl that I need
installed?
