Connecting to Win2000

When connecting to a win2000 system from a web browser, I get a blank screen
instead of the login screen.  The win2000 system is locked.  Before this new
version of VNC, I was able to use the browser so that I could send a
CTL+ALT+DEL command to unlock the workstation.  I can connect through the
regular viewer but using that and trying to connect to a locked workstation,
I cannot send CTL+ALT+DEL command.

Has anybody run into this yet??
