That depends on what type of speed you have on your network, etc
Use TightVNC if you need these features:
* Bandwidth-cheap due to higher compressionlevel (if you have slower links
than 1Mbit/s i.e. ISDN etc.)
* More resource demanding on the host computer than other releases (VNC
needs more computer power to compress screen info)
Use regular VNC if you need this:
* Most recent updates
