Fastpush 2.4

Hi all,

Following suggestions from the mailing list, I've recently updated the
fastpush script that installs WinVNC to NT / 2000 boxes.

Version 2.4 has a few tweaks to it - 

1) putting the vnc tools at the front of the path to prevent clashes with
later releases (namely reg.exe from the Windows 2000 toolkit).

2) Fastpush now uses the $admin share so the script can deal with NT 3.51,
NT 4, 2000 and NT boxes upgraded from Win9x/3.11.

3) Visual tidying up on install
