If the client PC isn't logged on, you will never connect. If you can ping
it, you can connect to it. The only time I have seen "connection closed" is
an NT4.0 server trying to connect to a Win2000 workststion. The Win2k was
locked. Only way to connect to a locked Win2k system is through your web
browser then use the SEND CTL+ALT+DEL option. Good luck

hi, is there any way to view client on a NT 4 network, before it is logged
on,
i tried running the vnc as a service on both pc's and started the services,
and i was also logged on as administrator on both server and client, & have
my vnc password set, i still get a connection closed! error when the client
pc
isn't logged on, is there anything i can do about that? I would greatly
