Three computers over the internet, one as server

Hi.

Got three computers connected to the internet, using one as a server for the
other two.
Now I want to be able to connect to one of the two -not server computers from
somewhere on the internet (at university for example)
How do I have to configure my vnc? How do I create the three winvnc servers to
be able to connect?
How do I map the internal IP's to the external IP's?
