winvnc mouse keybord programming question

HI,

Does anyone know if it is possible to send a mouse or keyboard event
from the client site directly to
one application.
Winvncsrv use mouse_event() to pass the mouse events from the client, is
there an other way.

 I wonna start multiple servers(on the same win box) who share a single
application.
Application instance 1 start on video card 2
Application instance 2 start on video card 3

The problem is that the mouse and keyboard events are common for the
whole desktop "windows consider all video cards as 1 big desktop" so it
is impossible to use mouse and keyboard remote because diff users
battle for the mouse and keyboard.
