searching tool: recording video of application usage

Hello,

I hope you can help me with this one. Is there a tool I could use to 
make a presentation of a programm, when programm is not available where 
I have to do the presentation.

Is there any tool that allows me to prepare the presentation on e.g. 
hardisk?

This includes the video output with mouse cursor and audio (if 
available). I need it for an Windows Application.

Can I pipe the VNC server output to a file and use that file as the 
source for the viewer later? Or do I need a different tool.
