Below is for WinXX I would believe. For GNU Linux systems, you can use the
/etc/hosts.accept and /etc/hosts.deny. A better way to do this for GNULS is
to use a firewall though. IPCHAINS is built right in so just get a good
firewall builder (Like Mason). If you need to find Mason, search for it on:

Yes!
Take a look at the AuthHosts setting. You will want something like:
-:+123.345.789.012
The '-' denies access to all addresses. The +... grants access to that
specific IP. You can also enter it as a pattern:
-:+172.16
This will grant access to all 172.16.x.x addresses.
The setting goes under: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORL\WinVNC3
