VNC connection with MS Proxy

[NeMCMH MIS]

I have read some of the previous messages, but have not been successful at 
getting beyond my MS Proxy server.

We are running Windows NT 4 server
I need to be able to run VNC on one of my servers that is behind MS Proxy to 
an external site.

I have installed RRAS and added a static route to my proxy server???????

Help!
