Windows vncviewer keyboard settings

I am using vncviwer to connect to X server running HPUX 10.20 - it works
fine and I am amazed about VNC.

The problem is, that on the PC side I use Slovene keyboard layout, but the
XVNC on Unix side expects the US layout. I tried to start with
vncviewer with the -keyboard option, but in connection info I see no change.

Could someone help - how to force the US layout when starting the vncviewer
?
