Vnc and Kde2

Ok I know there is a lot of stuff out about this. I have my vncserver on
Linux with Kde2 and connect from Win2000. This works perfectly fine with
root but if i start vncserver with a user it won't startup (Fatal server
error> Couldn't add screen). Well, the user has access to /tmp/.X11R6 and
uses the same xstartup.
