Windows 2000, ICS and TCP Port Redirects.

I have been trying to get this to work and have not been having much luck.

I would like to be able to VNC directly into any machine on my private
network through Windows 2000 ICS using the services mapping.  I also want to
be able to VNC to the ICS machine from both inside and outside the private
network.  I have changed the port on one of the machines inside the private
network to 2000 from any machine inside the private network or the ICS
machine (cascade) I can make the connection to vncviewer machinename:2000
and it works.  However when I configure ICS to map TCP port 2000 to
machinename I cannot make the connection.

I would greatly appreciate any help.
