RTFM

There is a README file in that directory that tells you where and how to
copy the files so that they will be in the path and will autostart the
server.

Hey Jimmy,

I'm really new to Linux also, but I think you need to add the directory to
your path statement. I don't how to do this but I know you can put the files
in the /usr/local/bin directory and it will run from there. Once you get
this to work, if you figure out how to get the XWindows desk top to show up
on a Windows 2000 desktop let me know. As it is right now all I get is a
regular terminal session.

Ok I'm very new to using linux. But I have uncompressed the file and it
is in a dir under /home/jimmy/vnc when I run this command "./nvcserver"
I'm told the Xvnc isn't in my path? Now after I uncompress the file I
downloaded do I have to do anything to install it? Thanks,

Jimmy Riley
