losing connection

Hello all,

We are using VNC to control our 4 servers (all NT4SP6) at our schoolintranet via a 
dialup ISDN-line from home.  One of them is directly dialed in to and that's the one 
never giving any problems but the other 3 do! 
Every 5 to 8 minutes working with one of them the connection is lost (the remote 
screen freezes and after a few seconds the client cuts off). It takes a minute and then 
reestablishing the connection is OK (in that minute I can connect to the dialin machine 
but not to one of the others!).

Anyone able to give a clue??
