only get an xterm when i connect from windows viwer to vncser ver on Solaris

Did you get this issue resolved I tried the suggestion from Andreas and
still only get an xterm?

I am sorry I am new to VNC and this has probably been asked a hundred times,

but when i connect to vncserver from windows to Solaris I only get an xterm.

  Does anyone know how to resolve this?
